“The Vision Journaling workshop with Robbi Firestone is an extremely powerful experience… because the mind has a harder time censoring images than it does editing words.

When I choose a picture, especially if it is one of art or photography, the image is already closer to the dream state. When I place it in the journal collage, my soul is speaking in paragraphs rather than words.

It is so potent.

The more abstract I get, or the less I work from a plan, the less restricted my unconscious is in retaining its own true message.

Then I begin to interpret that message as I look through the pages, paying attention to what appears and does not appear.

It reminds me of what is important to me, and what makes me happy.”
